Innates

Vectors: Translucent non-corporeal arms extending out of Gene's back. A diclonius' vectors can be several meters in length, and are many times stronger than the physical human body, allowing a diclonius to lift objects many times their own weight and hurl them with tremendous force, or to dismember an enemy by pulling them limb from limb. They can also be used to shield a diclonius from projectile weapons, rendering most guns useless against them. Vectors can pass through living flesh without causing harm, but if a diclonius wills it their vectors can become unbelievably sharp (by causing it to vibrate at a microscopic level), capable of effortlessly slicing through just about anything.
Diclonism: Diclonism can also be spread via genetic infection contracted by direct contact of the Pineal Gland with a vector, this more common form of procreation does not affect the host infected but causes any off-spring of that person to be born as a "Silpelit", a sterile Diclonius variant, though some can still infect through their vectors. As generations of Silpelits progress, their hair and eyes take on a paler color from the previous one.

Weapons

Glock [X2]: Two pistols tucked beneath his sweater. Upon choice, the runes enscribed down the barrel of the gun force mana into the gun so that with each bullet shot comes an added effect.

Armor

Implements

Lighter: A small item that, with just a flick up a thumb, can create a small flame.
Ammunition Clip [X6]: Spare ammunition.

Skills

Aerokinesis: Air Manipulation.
Auramancy: Projection of Auras.

Telekinesis: Matter Manipulation.

Explain how "non-corporeal arms" can alter corporeal objects --Or even exist physically, for that matter; I think you mean "incorporeal", which is a lot different than "non-corporeal".

Wikipedia it, or something.

It's not possible to take something blunt and make it sharp simply by vibration, regardless of how small. It raises the potential for violent transfer of kinetic energy (a regular attack, physically), but vibration won't make something blunt... suddenly sharp.

The reason that something sharp becomes "more sharp" with extremely high pitched vibrations is because the already sharp (jagged, at the microscopic level) edge is moving without much effort from the wielder, causing the edge to rend a foreign material that much easier; being, without added effort from the wielder.

An example would be a saw. The blade is moving, so you don't have to draw it along the material you wish to cut in order to actually cut. The method of fighting using a stand-alone Sword, or just a static weapon, is the application of a draw after the swing. You never swing a blade like a baseball bat or a golf club, because that will result in a blunt-force strike, not a slash. A Slash is drawing the blade across the target in an effort to slice. A vibrating weapon does not require that.

Regardless, a blunt object vibrating does not produce a sharp edge.
